Story & photos :

Shower wall has been installed & is being tiled. Toilet area has been painted & skirting boards are being fitted. Certainly, there has been a lot of painting, sawing & hammering going on. It looks like we are on schedule to finish up tomorrow.

Bob & a team of helpers have been painting a banner for the end wall above the entrance to the wet areas.

Some of the troops went fishing & caught, among other things, a manta ray, which was photographed & released.

Another party went exploring around the western end of Guadalcanal, dropping in on a school to play "Duck, duck, goose" with the kids. The medical clinic that they also visited is only accessible by the log over the stagnant creek. Pregnant women walk over this log to get to the delivery facility & then walk back just a few days later. The wreck in the last photo is the second one that the divers visited on Saturday.
